Seriously, I know it sounds way too good to be true, but don't those doctors seem legit? I checked out the "Superbrain Yoga" website, and it actually tries to explain the science behind the exercise, which ends up making the whole thing sound even hokier than the news piece. I think I'll just ignore all the mumbo-jumbo and give it a try. Who doesn't want to make their brain work better, right?

Super Brain Yoga
Yesterday I saw this video posted on Facebook and I found it totally fascinating. I'll admit that it seems completely ridiculous and implausible, but it's a news story about a very simple but strange physical exercise that actually improves brain function--in normal people and in people with memory problems and neurological disorders.

Righttttttttttttt...........
hey, it is my brain is anxious to hear the sounds etc, but I don't have the sound. So, when I see you again maybe I can listen. Sounds interesting and maybe there is something to it. =) sa
Who would think it could help. But I think there are so many things that children do that appear to be aggravating, and they often look as if they are always getting out of line and touching everybody to aggravate! A simple piece is to let that child who appears to be aggravating other children may be encouraged to touch the wall going down the hall because it gives that touch the balancing of that kid. There is a book that I have read, but can't remember the title...so, I better get back to that brain exercising. I'll let you know if it helps. =) Dr.A
