My brother was convinced this baby must actually be part of the Mangino family because he has the Mangino neck (or lack thereof). My take is that any fat baby with a moustache is probably going to look like our coach.
Do you think when this baby's parents sent this picture out to their friends and family they knew it would be passed all over the Internets every Halloween for the next 20 years?
